• Collaborate with Research Directors and survey vendors to design and implement tailored surveys.
• Evaluate business outcomes resulting from technology adoption and generate top-tier data analyses.
• Develop clear and engaging data visualizations in PowerPoint to aid client decision-making.
• Produce insightful reports and presentations that convert complex data into practical insights.
• Synthesize research findings to craft compelling and credible narratives for diverse marketing materials, including articles, whitepapers, infographics, ebooks, videos, and more.
• Collect and assess research vendor proposals while keeping an eye on costs to ensure invoices adhere to project budgets.
• Oversee external research vendors to guarantee timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Manage data collection processes to maintain quality and accuracy standards.
• Continuously seek innovative methods to enhance research quality and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as marketing, sales, content, and project management—to effectively integrate research into wider strategic initiatives.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in market research, statistics, and survey methodologies.
• Practical experience in designing online and phone surveys (experience with Qualtrics is advantageous).
• Excellent writing and presentation capabilities.
• Strong data analysis proficiency, especially in Excel.
• Experience in managing research vendors for sampling and translation services.
• Familiarity with business software tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Wrike, etc.).
• Outstanding problem-solving, writing, and presentation abilities.
• A proactive attitude with a keen interest in uncovering insights.
• Knowledge of the technology vendor landscape and/or experience in technology marketing.
• Capacity to collaborate across various disciplines and work with multiple teams.
• Interest in managing and mentoring fellow researchers as the team expands.
