This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Supervise the month-end closing process, focusing on issue resolution, managing budget owners, conducting variance analysis, and preparing monthly reports.

• Gather, consolidate, and disseminate international results along with Global Monthly Actuals reporting, which includes variance analysis.

• Assist in formulating and drafting the annual budget and forecast.

• Oversee the tracking, reporting, and analytics of marketing expenditures, including contract oversight, category-level spending, and margin summaries.

• Aid in regular operational reporting related to pacing, cost monitoring, royalty reconciliation, and event-level analytics.

• Recognize dependable indicators of future performance and improve forecast accuracy.

• Collaborate with Ticketmaster leaders to integrate departmental priorities into budgets and reflect realities in forecasts.

• Integrate risks and opportunities into sensitivity analyses across short-, medium-, and long-term perspectives.

• Develop presentations of business results and forecasts tailored to specific audiences.

• Deliver forecasts and results to senior finance and business executives.

• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Improve financial processes and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing strategy or finance.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in Finance, Analytics, and/or Marketing.

• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting.

• Advanced skills in MS Excel.

• Competent in PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as OneStream, DOMO, Oracle, and SAP.

• Experience with AI tools like Claude Code, Claude CoWork, or similar is advantageous.

• Financially literate with the capability to translate complex concepts and models into actionable strategies.

• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with deadline-driven closing cycles and seasonal workload variations.

• Ability to convey complex financial data relationships in straightforward terms and collaborate across departments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Skilled in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and accurately disseminating large volumes of information.

• Capable of engaging with various disciplines, levels, and cultures while building relationships.
