This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Supervise the month-end closing activities, addressing any issues, managing budget owners, performing variance analysis, and preparing monthly reports.
• Gather, consolidate, and disseminate international results along with Global Monthly Actuals reporting, including variance assessments.
• Participate in the development and creation of the annual budget and forecasting.
• Oversee marketing expenditure tracking, reporting, and analytics, which includes monitoring contracts, managing category-level spending, and summarizing margins.
• Assist in ongoing operational reporting encompassing pacing, cost tracking, royalty reconciliation, and analytics at the event level.
• Identify dependable indicators that predict future performance and improve the accuracy of financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with Ticketmaster leadership to integrate departmental priorities into budgets and align realities with forecasts.
• Incorporate risks and opportunities into sensitivity analyses across short-, medium-, and long-term timeframes.
• Develop engaging presentations of business outcomes and forecasts tailored for diverse audiences.
• Present forecasts and results to senior finance and business executives.
• Formulate and monitor KPIs that align with business goals.
• Improve financial processes and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing strategy or finance.
• Over 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated success in Finance, Analytics, and/or Marketing is preferred.
• Strong skills in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficient in PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as OneStream, DOMO, Oracle, and SAP.
• Experience with Claude Code, Claude CoWork, or similar AI tools is advantageous.
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and models into actionable strategies.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with deadline-driven closing cycles and seasonal workload variations.
• Capable of explaining intricate financial-data relationships in clear, understandable terms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Competence in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and accurately disseminating large amounts of information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all levels and cultures.
