This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Lead a team of renewal specialists, offering coaching and support to ensure optimal performance and employee engagement.
• Negotiate and finalize renewal agreements by engaging with customer decision makers and end users, while fostering positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and customer success departments to pinpoint opportunities for renewal and growth within our current client base.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to create and execute customer retention and expansion strategies.
• Evaluate renewal data and customer feedback to discover areas for enhancement in the renewal process and overall customer experience.
• Track and report on essential renewal metrics, including renewal rate, churn rate, and revenue retention.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales, contract renewals, or customer success.
• Proven success in managing a renewals team, with a history of achieving high renewal rates and maintaining revenue retention.
• Strong comprehension of the key factors that drive business success across various industry sectors.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet common objectives.
• Strong verbal and written communication proficiencies.
