Manager, Regulatory Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, guide, and train members of the Food Label group.

• Act as the main point of reference for the final evaluation of Food Labels to ensure compliance with US and Canadian regulations and handle technical inquiries.

• Review and assess the work of label review personnel.

• Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and supervising label review team members.

• Offer training, guidance, and support to the review staff.

• Evaluate Nutritional Label reviews and deliver written feedback to clients.

• Engage with clients to address technical inquiries regarding Label Review and relevant regulations.

• Conduct performance evaluations for employees and provide continuous guidance.

• Develop and manage processes within the label review department.

• Detect quality-related issues, initiate immediate investigations, corrective actions, and ensure follow-up.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or another related scientific field.

• 5-7 years of relevant experience.

• Extensive knowledge of data reporting, technical specifications, and food regulations.

• Familiarity with LIMS systems.
