This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Achieve sales targets for the designated region.
β’ Initiate sales calls and conduct training seminars with local distributors and representatives.
β’ Formulate sales and profitability strategies tailored to specific projects and customers.
β’ Educate distributors, representatives, contractors, and customers regarding product applications.
β’ Collaborate and communicate with management and Regional Sales Manager peers about cross-region project sales activity needs.
β’ Visit customer facilities and/or construction sites to assess project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
β’ Identify new customers, explore new applications, and pursue follow-up sales leads.
β’ Provide regional updates on target projects and evaluate the effectiveness of representatives/distributors, along with market outlook for forecasting and contract management.
β’ Investigate product complaints and assist customers and distributors in resolving sales and service issues satisfactorily.
β’ Stay informed about competitive activities, including product lines, pricing, services, and market penetration, and report findings to management.
β’ Participate in trade shows.
β’ Maintain a record of sales leads and opportunities using CRM.
β’ Oversee contract negotiations for the Business Unit and manage customer NDAs within the assigned region.
β’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
β’ 5-10 years of experience in industrial sales management targeting oil & gas clients.
β’ Must be capable of working independently from a home office.
β’ Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present in a seminar setting.
β’ Domestic travel is necessary.
β’ Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
β’ Valid US driver's license with a safe driving record.
β’ Technical knowledge and/or experience with FRP composites and FRP composite tanks used in oil & gas applications is preferred.
β’ Experience in managing distributors is preferred.
