Manager – Regional Field Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee medical device collection initiatives in hospitals across a specified region.

• Act as a liaison with hospital personnel to organize 'Go Live Days' for the introduction of the reprocessing program.

• Develop routes and schedules for Field Service Representatives (FSR).

• Communicate labor requirements to management and HR for effective talent recruitment.

• Provide education to hospital staff regarding the reprocessing program.

• Identify and resolve issues within collection systems.

• Collaborate with various sales teams to enhance device collection efforts.

• Gather and track weekly status reports from FSR.

• Perform periodic business evaluations post-launch to maintain hospital staff's commitment to the success of the program.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical or sales-related environment.

• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.

• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance are required.

• Must have a clean driving record.

• Capability to travel using personal vehicle to assigned facilities.

• Proficient in conveying technical information to audiences without technical backgrounds.

• Experience in delivering customer service to both internal and external clients.

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% for business purposes.
