This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the daily implementation of real property remediation activities to enhance the accuracy, completeness, traceability, and auditability of federal real property records.
• Manage data cleansing, validation, documentation remediation, inventory reconciliation, and modernization efforts across federal and state real property systems.
• Supervise analysts, technicians, and field personnel by delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and offering technical guidance on federal real property requirements.
• Ensure adherence to federal real property regulations, including appropriate classification, valuation, documentation, and financial reporting of real property assets.
• Validate source documentation such as DD Forms, deeds, site plans, and as-built drawings, ensuring complete traceability to system records.
• Lead audit remediation activities by addressing audit findings, documentation gaps, and Notices of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs), while assisting in existence and completeness testing.
• Oversee updates within GFEBS Real Property, RPLANS, ISR, BUILDER, and related systems to guarantee synchronized and precise property inventories.
• Implement the Quality Control Plan (QCP), execute corrective actions, and ensure outputs align with Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) metrics and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) expectations.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders, including the KO, COR, NGB, CFMO, and state real property offices, providing status updates, resolving issues, and offering technical guidance.
• Assist in system modernization, data migration, and ongoing process improvement initiatives that enhance audit readiness and operational efficiency.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience supporting federal real property programs, including inventory management, remediation, reconciliation, and compliance with federal real property regulations.
• At least 4 years of experience working with federal real property systems, ensuring data accuracy, documentation traceability, and audit readiness.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience leading teams, aiding in audit remediation efforts, implementing quality control processes, and collaborating with Government stakeholders in a federal context.
• An active Secret Security Clearance is required.
• Knowledge of federal real property regulations, including the AR 405 Series, DoD Financial Management Regulation (FMR), and UFC/UFGS standards.
• Experience in supporting FIAR initiatives, internal controls, and DoD audit readiness efforts.
• Proven experience leading data modernization, system migration, or enterprise data synchronization projects.
• Familiarity with federal real property operations and the 54-state organizational structure.
• A professional certification related to project management, facilities management, asset management, or financial management is preferred.
