This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +18 more states.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations regarding all client-related information.
• Manage the daily operations of Rethink’s Revenue Cycle Management services.
• Lead a team of Customer Billing Advocates.
• Act as the internal and external expert on billing matters.
• Recognize and implement measures to enhance service quality.
• Address issues directly with clients that may require escalation.
• Foster a strong team dedicated to achieving set objectives.
• Evaluate current processes to ensure adherence to payor requirements.
• Propose enhancements to operational protocols.
• Communicate staffing needs based on workload demands.
• Train, guide, develop, and assess team members.
• Conduct regular staff meetings.
• Manage account aging reports as necessary.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in insurance billing.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for challenges.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Familiarity with billing software such as Kareo or Azalea.
