📋 Description

• Lead and mentor Quality Analysts in the development and execution of test cases and scenarios.

• Assist in the creation and implementation of a testing strategy that prioritizes automation.

• Collaborate effectively with quality managers, product owners, and developers.

• Enhance existing test frameworks and create new testing tools.

• Aid in improving processes related to test planning, execution, and reporting.

• Contribute to the design of test strategies, development of test tools, and implementation of test cases.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of practical experience in software quality assurance testing.

• Experience with web and mobile applications within the software development sector is preferred.

• Proven experience in managing and mentoring Quality Analysts and Software Engineers in Test (SEiTs).

• Familiarity with code deployments and version control systems is essential.

• Capacity to multitask, prioritize issues, adapt to changes, and operate independently in a dynamic environment.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of seeking assistance when necessary.

• Ability to collaborate with teams across various time zones.

• Experience in creating test automation, preferably utilizing Playwright and Selenium.

• Previous knowledge of C# and TypeScript is desirable.

• Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools such as Bamboo and GitLab.

• Experience managing a remote team is highly preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field is preferred.

• Significant relevant work experience in building QA teams may be considered in lieu of the preferred degree.
