This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Supervise the quality of departmental interactions, systems, and related processes to add value for partners while ensuring compliance with external regulations.
• Direct the quality assurance team in effective communication and collaboration with leadership on quality assurance issues.
• Enhance the customer experience through focused monitoring and initiatives that convert insights into actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the daily operations of quality assurance teams, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.
• Manage remediation plans for performance issues and implement risk controls in collaboration with leadership.
• Analyze quality assurance team KPI metrics and lead the development of enhancement plans.
• Promote inter-departmental collaboration and establish feedback mechanisms.
• Develop tactical plans to identify improvement opportunities through improved training and resources.
• Ensure continuous compliance with workflow documentation standards and established procedures.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and facilitate training development for the quality assurance team.
• Assist in the onboarding, hiring, and training of new employees within the department.
• Carry out other assigned duties as needed.
• Adhere to all organizational policies and standards.
• A Bachelor's degree along with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience gained through applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skills.
• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Sponsorship or future sponsorship is not available, including for H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, and CPT authorization types.
• Proven experience in leading quality assurance teams and managing quality assurance operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality standards, regulatory compliance requirements, policies, procedures, and workflow documentation.
• Experience in reviewing KPI metrics and formulating improvement plans.
• Background in managing remediation plans and controls for identified risks.
• Experience in coaching, conducting performance reviews, onboarding, hiring, and employee training.
