Manager, Proposals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Create engaging sales presentations and proposals.

• Perform comprehensive market research.

• Support sales forecasting and analysis activities.

• Supervise the complete proposal process from identifying opportunities to final submission.

• Formulate proposal strategies that align with organizational objectives and cater to individual client requirements.

• Lead the development of proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Ensure that proposals comply with RFP requirements and relevant guidelines or regulations.

• Manage proposal budgets within specified limits.

• Collect proposal information from sales, marketing, technical teams, and management.

• Create and maintain proposal templates.

• Oversee proposal content for accuracy, currency, and relevance.

• Execute post-proposal analysis to identify opportunities for future enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of pertinent work experience.

• Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making.

• Proficient in collaboration and teamwork.

• Embrace a growth mindset, agility, and the development of oneself and others.

• Competent in execution and delivery, including planning, implementation, and support.

• Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in Public & Labor RFP work.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with specialized training or relevant professional qualifications.
