📋 Description

• Works collaboratively with the plan sponsor implementation team to gather and assess client requirements.

• Aids in the creation of implementation plans and collaborates with internal departments to guarantee the successful execution of implementation projects.

• Engages directly with plan sponsors, addressing their inquiries and offering guidance throughout the implementation process.

• Facilitates and supervises the management of the Renewal process and programs, ensuring effective implementation, execution, and delivery.

• Participates in and provides insights during Weekly Case Calls to assess complex cases in Salesforce.

• Mentors team members through training and educational sessions to promote the successful adoption of the Renewal process and case requests.

• Consults with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and evaluate requirements, identify potential risks, and formulate mitigation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Reporting.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Group Renewal, encompassing Plan Benefit Year, Administrative Service Agreements, and Stoploss.

• 3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce software and the insurance renewal process.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in health insurance with a focus on group-based plan benefits.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Possess a growth mindset, demonstrating agility and the capacity to develop oneself and others.

• Proficient in execution and delivery, including planning, supporting, and delivering results.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with specialized training or relevant professional experience.
