This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
β’ Develop and uphold the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the program.
β’ Work collaboratively with various schedulers to integrate updates into a comprehensive master schedule.
β’ Monitor plans and schedules, request regular updates, and identify as well as resolve critical-path and network-logic issues.
β’ Engage with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) leaders to create intermediate schedules and include them in the IMS.
β’ Support CAMs/IPTs in understanding schedule impacts prior to month-end closing.
β’ Contribute to proposal development, involving interim schedules and guidance for Basis of Estimate documents.
β’ Update the IMS with status and forecast information based on inputs from CAMs.
β’ Perform critical-path and driving-path assessments of the IMS.
β’ Conduct schedule risk assessments (SRA).
β’ Align cost and schedule metrics with the program cost analyst and address discrepancies and root causes.
β’ Generate schedule-related reports, highlight execution impacts, and provide mitigation suggestions to Program Management.
β’ Assist in monthly Program Reviews, quarterly EACs, and monthly IPMDAR reporting.
β’ Facilitate compliance reviews and process audits, including DCAA, DCMA, and Joint Surveillance Process audits.
β’ Ensure effective implementation of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) through standardized processes and tools.
β’ Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Operations, upper management, and external stakeholders.
β’ Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
β’ U.S. citizenship is required.
β’ Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
β’ Existing DoD Secret security clearance required from day one.
β’ Background in program controls and EVMS.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Project or Primavera.
β’ Familiarity with SSI Tools for Microsoft Project and knowledge of cross-project linking is preferred.
β’ Experience with Earned Value Concepts is preferred.
β’ Understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies is preferred.
β’ Experience in presenting to large audiences and leadership is preferred.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
