This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Develop and sustain the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Collaborate with various schedulers to integrate updates into a consolidated master schedule.
• Monitor plans and schedules, request updates, and identify as well as resolve critical-path and network-logic issues.
• Partner with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to create interim schedules and integrate them into the IMS.
• Evaluate schedule impacts and support CAMs/IPTs prior to month-end closing.
• Engage in proposals by formulating interim schedules and providing guidance on Basis of Estimate documents.
• Integrate status and forecast updates from CAMs into the IMS.
• Perform critical-path and driving-path analysis of the IMS.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments (SRA).
• Align cost and schedule with the program cost analyst and address discrepancies at their root cause.
• Deliver schedule-related reports, execution-impact insights, and mitigation suggestions to Program Management.
• Assist in monthly Program Reviews, quarterly EACs, and monthly IPMDAR reporting.
• Facilitate compliance reviews and process audits, including DCAA, DCMA, and Joint Surveillance Process audits.
• Ensure the effective implementation of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) using standardized processes and tools.
• Engage with Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Operations, upper management, and external clients.
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline and at least 5 years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
• An active and existing DoD Secret clearance is required from day one.
• Proven background in program controls and EVMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Experience with SSI Tools for Microsoft Project and knowledge of cross-project linking is preferred.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Concepts is preferred.
• Understanding of Continuous Improvement principles is preferred.
• Experience in presenting to large audiences and leadership is preferred.
