This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
β’ Develop and sustain the program's Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
β’ Collaborate with various schedulers to integrate updates into a unified master schedule.
β’ Monitor plans and schedules, request regular updates, and identify as well as resolve conflicts in critical path and network logic.
β’ Engage with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to create interim schedules and integrate them into the IMS.
β’ Aid CAMs/IPTs in recognizing schedule impacts prior to month-end close.
β’ Contribute to proposal development, which includes crafting interim schedules and providing guidance on Basis of Estimate documents.
β’ Update the IMS with status and forecast information based on inputs from CAMs.
β’ Perform critical path and driving path analysis of the IMS.
β’ Conduct schedule risk assessments (SRA).
β’ Reconcile cost and schedule discrepancies with the program cost analyst and address root causes.
β’ Deliver schedule-related reports, highlight execution issues, and offer mitigation recommendations to Program Management.
β’ Assist in monthly Program Reviews, quarterly EACs, and monthly IPMDAR reporting.
β’ Support compliance reviews and periodic process audits, including DCAA, DCMA, and Joint Surveillance Process audits.
β’ Ensure effective EVMS implementation through standardized processes and tools.
β’ Communicate with Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Operations, senior management, and external clients.
β’ Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with at least 5 years of experience.
β’ Must be a U.S. citizen.
β’ Capability to obtain and keep a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
β’ An active and existing DoD Secret security clearance is required starting from day one.
β’ Background in program controls and EVMS.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Primavera.
β’ Familiarity with SSI Tools for Microsoft Project is preferred.
β’ Understanding of cross-project linking is essential.
β’ Experience with Earned Value Concepts is preferred.
β’ Knowledge of Continuous Improvement concepts.
β’ Experience in presenting to large audiences and leadership is important.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 10% is necessary.
