This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Develop and uphold the Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule for the program.
• Collaborate with multiple schedulers to integrate updates into the master schedule.
• Monitor plans and schedules, request updates, and pinpoint and resolve critical path and network logic issues.
• Engage with Control Account Managers and Integrated Product Team Leads to create intermediate schedules and integrate them into the IMS.
• Evaluate schedule impacts and assist CAMs/IPTs prior to month-end closure.
• Contribute to proposal development, including interim schedules and guidance for Basis of Estimate documents.
• Integrate status and forecast updates from CAMs into the IMS.
• Perform critical path and driving path analysis.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments.
• Reconcile cost and schedule with the program cost analyst, addressing mismatches and root causes.
• Deliver schedule-related reports, highlight execution issues, and provide mitigation recommendations to Program Management.
• Assist in monthly Program Reviews, quarterly EACs, and monthly IPMDAR reporting.
• Support compliance reviews and process audits, including DCAA, DCMA, and Joint Surveillance Process audits.
• Ensure effective implementation of EVMS utilizing standardized processes and tools.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Operations, leadership, and external clients.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with at least 5 years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
• An active and existing DoD Secret clearance is required from day one.
• Experience in program controls and EVMS is necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Preferred experience with SSI Tools for Microsoft Project and understanding of cross-project linking.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Concepts is preferred.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement concepts is preferred.
• Experience in presenting to large groups and leadership is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% is required.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills are essential.
