Manager, Product Development – Patient Care Programs

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive development and enhancement of pharmacy programs, managing everything from requirements gathering to testing, piloting, deployment, and post-launch validation.

• Foster cross-functional collaborations to ensure alignment on program requirements, enhancements, and effective issue resolution.

• Spearhead project management activities, which include crafting meeting agendas, maintaining documentation, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and preparing materials for leadership presentations.

• Supervise the creation and upkeep of program tools, workflows, and communications to guarantee consistent execution in the field.

• Interpret findings from various initiatives and facilitate leadership discussions by providing clear recommendations and progress updates.

• Direct program analytics and reporting efforts, encompassing the analysis of program performance, adoption and utilization rates, and operational outcomes.

• Utilize data and insights to spot trends, gaps, and opportunities, converting findings into straightforward, actionable recommendations for program owners and leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in leveraging data, reporting tools, and presentation materials to enhance program analysis and facilitate communication with leadership.

• Proven experience managing multiple priorities within a matrixed organization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to create materials and present effectively to multi-level leadership and operational audiences.

• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills.

• Background in leading cross-functional initiatives in healthcare, pharmacy, or product development environments.
