Manager – Product Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop efficient, impactful, and enjoyable product experiences within our Automation Testing suite.

• Establish the design vision for key initiatives, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.

• Serve as a design leader and architect, actively working to remove obstacles for the team.

• Design and advocate for agentic workflows to enhance and expedite the team's productivity.

• Shape product strategy and direction in partnership with PMs to maintain our automation suite as the benchmark for developers worldwide.

• Function as a "Player-Coach," personally handling high-priority design tasks.

• Advance design standards and documentation that can be utilized by agentic systems and teams.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of team activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience Range: 12+ years in Interaction Design, UI/UX, or Product Design, with at least 3+ years in a leadership capacity.

• Demonstrated success in leading design efforts for complex, large-scale cloud platforms.

• Strong proficiency at the intersection of design systems and engineering, capable of architecting technical workflows for a contemporary design team.

• Previous hands-on development experience is essential.

• Proficient in vibe-coding (Replit / Lovable / Cursor / Antigravity / Claude Code / OpenCode, etc.) complex product workflows and MVPs.

• Experience in leading mid-to-large-scale design projects and teams.
