This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.
• Oversee the Pro Account Executives to ensure they meet objectives and achieve performance goals.
• Monitor the entire Pro Product sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
• Deliver precise weekly forecasts to sales leadership.
• Act as a mentor for your team and uphold the values of the ServiceTitan organization.
• Inspire, incentivize, and acknowledge team members to promote exceptional performance.
• Identify, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with each Pro Account Manager and lead corresponding team meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee customer success.
• Work alongside product marketing to gather market feedback and influence the product roadmap.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with customers, focusing on increasing Pro Product adoption, retaining existing Pro Products, and ensuring long-term customer success.
• Serve as the primary lead for the adoption of new features through an advocate/consultative approach.
• Guide the team in developing technical and business acumen to align business drivers with ServiceTitan’s solutions.
• Proactively collaborate with customers to establish critical goals and other key performance indicators, assisting them in achieving these objectives.
• Work collaboratively with Customer Success, Strategy, Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Leadership.
• Assist in evaluating new technologies and programs to enhance performance.
• Proven experience as a direct account executive and/or account manager with quota-carrying responsibilities.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a SaaS environment/company.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Exceptional presentation skills with proficiency in Google Slides.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Google Suite, Google Sheets/Excel, and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills paired with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in written communication and experienced with platforms such as Slack and Teams.
• Creative thinker with the capacity to operate independently in a fluid environment.
• Proven excellence in cross-functional communication, capable of simplifying and articulating complex issues to stakeholders at all levels.
• High emotional intelligence and emotional quotient (EQ).
• Remote working experience is preferred.
