This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the operational architect for initiatives aimed at scaling within Practice Operations.
• Manage the balance between daily compliance oversight and healthcare quality metrics alongside the governance of advanced LLM operations.
• Identify opportunities for agency and design strategies for scaling initiatives throughout Practice Operations.
• Develop agency-driven solutions and oversee evaluations and feedback in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Practice Operations.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for compliance initiatives at a high level.
• Conduct formal milestone validations before project transitions to ensure precise risk classification.
• Review and enhance oversight tools for new users assigned to projects.
• Oversee monthly Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all Devoted Medical AHS workstreams.
• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare operations, quality management, or tech-enabled clinical services, with a preference for at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and scale operational teams in a rapidly growing or highly automated setting.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare quality standards, clinical risk mitigation, and acute escalation protocols.
• Proficient in utilizing and managing LLM-driven scoring tools, validator technology, prompt adjustments, and guiding the advancement of automated outputs.
• Capability to convert raw, aggregated quality metrics into comprehensive longitudinal trend analyses, proactive performance recovery strategies, and executive-level reporting.
• Outstanding partnership skills to effectively connect Data/Tech, Training/Clinical Excellence, and Frontline Leadership.
• Highly adaptable to scaling programs in dynamic settings; able to communicate critical system delays or urgent safety metrics with clarity and urgency.
