This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to regional leaders, supporting the Central Region business.

• Align workforce strategies with business objectives to enhance performance, engagement, and growth.

• Collaborate with leaders and Centers of Excellence to implement talent initiatives.

• Spearhead organizational change and enhance leadership capabilities.

• Create and implement talent strategies that are in line with business goals.

• Develop succession pipelines and nurture internal talent.

• Assist in workforce planning and organizational design efforts.

• Provide coaching to leaders on performance, engagement, and team effectiveness.

• Offer guidance on employee relations issues and risk management.

• Oversee talent reviews, performance management, and development planning processes.

• Collaborate with Learning & Development to provide effective learning solutions.

• Ensure alignment with compensation programs and regional strategies.

• Identify and proactively address future talent gaps.

• Foster relationships across business units and work closely with Centers of Excellence.

• Co-create actionable solutions that meet business requirements.

• Utilize data and insights to guide decision-making.

• Lead cross-functional HR projects and initiatives focused on continuous improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.

• A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is necessary.

• At least 5 years of progressive HR/People Partner experience is required.

• HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) is preferred.

• Strong business acumen and a data-driven perspective are essential.

• Excellent influencing, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to coach senior leaders effectively.

• Ability to forge partnerships at all organizational levels.

• Comprehensive understanding of financial levers, implications, and risks associated with talent decisions.

• Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly matrixed organization.

• Strong analytical thinking and project management skills are needed.

• Self-motivated individual who can work independently and take initiative.

• Residency in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, or Texas is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% is necessary.
