📋 Description

• Take charge of the planning and execution of the Payroll chapter.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to the Payroll team.

• Manage the entire payroll function, ensuring timely, accurate processing in compliance with country-specific regulations.

• Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders regarding payroll matters.

• Lead, facilitate, and assist the Payroll team in overcoming challenges.

• Keep abreast of international payroll laws and regulations.

• Ensure adherence to corporate and country-specific policies, regulations, and procedures.

• Cultivate relationships with payroll, accounting, and payroll service providers.

• Create and implement best practices, key performance indicators, and SLA metrics for the team.

• Report to the Senior Manager of Payroll Operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in regional and global payroll operations.

• Knowledge of global payroll best practices.

• Experience in implementing payroll systems across multiple countries.

• Proven track record of managing relationships with third-party payroll services.

• Genuine passion for leading people without micromanaging.

• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international work setting.

• Productivity-oriented mindset for enhancing and expediting work processes.

• Capability and willingness to work primarily asynchronously.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Previous remote work experience is not mandatory, but considered an advantage.
