This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Assist MERGE's team in designing, enhancing, and implementing exceptional client paid search campaigns.
• Offer strategic guidance for keyword analysis, campaign development, and testing frameworks.
• Serve as a Paid Search expert, promoting account expansion while ensuring deliverables align with agency quality standards.
• Create and initiate extensive campaigns across search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and other platforms.
• Oversee the Quality Assurance process for all executed plans and launch elements.
• Act as the primary Paid Search contact for the wider media strategy teams.
• Direct the client discovery phase to define PPC objectives and formulate strategies regarding tactics, budgets, goals, and more.
• Track daily metrics and evaluate program KPIs to drive ongoing enhancements.
• Create a detailed, long-term optimization strategy for the account.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or relevant work experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in managing professional paid search campaigns.
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or pharmaceutical lead generation is a significant advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of all Google and Microsoft advertising platforms (Search, PMax, AI Max, Demand Gen, Video, etc.).
• A data-driven decision-maker who utilizes evidence and performance metrics to shape strategies.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on search, digital, and AI trends.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex search data to clients.
• A problem-solving mindset with the capability to critically assess business objectives.
