This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance Jerry's organic visibility across essential platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create a comprehensive guide for Jerry on how to engage within each community: determining optimal times to post, respond, or remain silent.

• Transform Jerry’s subreddits into vibrant, trusted communities.

• Develop a scalable content and engagement strategy that maintains authenticity, utilizing AI tools.

• Analyze sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and citations from large language models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management or organic social media, preferably within fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing and/or regulated industries.

• A platform-savvy individual with a strong aversion to corporate jargon.

• Demonstrated capacity to render "boring" or "stressful" sectors engaging, authentic, and appealing to followers.

• A strategic thinker who focuses on building robust systems rather than relying solely on vibes.

• A patient and inquisitive long-term player who prioritizes organic trust over immediate PR achievements.
