• Take ownership of and oversee the enterprise SIOP operating model, standards, and policies across both resource-based and manufacturing-based planning.
• Develop and sustain enterprise SIOP governance, which includes processes, schedules, decision forums, and escalation pathways.
• Lead the Enterprise SIOP Community of Practice to foster consistency, enhance capability development, and promote adoption while facilitating execution across business units.
• Build and manage the enterprise SIOP capability (utilizing direct and/or matrixed resources), prioritizing work, assigning responsibilities, and nurturing team skills for consistent execution.
• Define and oversee enterprise SIOP maturity progression, assessments, and a roadmap for continuous improvement.
• Ensure enterprise alignment of demand with capacity, capabilities, and critical constraints (including workforce and manufacturing).
• Set requirements and standards for capacity modeling based on role, discipline, skill level, and manufacturing capability.
• Guarantee the consistent identification, visibility, and escalation of capacity constraints, skill gaps, and resource-related risks.
• Enable scenario-based planning, trade-off analysis, and risk-informed decision-making without managing operational plans.
• Oversee enterprise SIOP metrics and KPIs related to capacity health, capability maturity, and exposure to risk.
• Integrate SIOP insights across Engineering, Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and Finance to bolster enterprise-level decision-making.
• Provide clear and comparable enterprise views to leadership regarding constraints, scenarios, risks, and decision-making options.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise planning, operations strategy, or integrated business planning.
• Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional planning processes successfully.
• Strong knowledge of workforce and operational capacity planning.
• Ability to function effectively in matrixed, global settings.
• Experience in engineering-intensive, project-based, or professional services environments.
• Background in enterprise transformation, internal consulting, or advisory roles.
• Experience in governing or integrating resource-based and manufacturing-based SIOP processes.
• Familiarity with SIOP / IBP platforms or advanced planning analytics.
