This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the knowledge graph architecture for specific services across all domains, influencing critical decisions regarding ontology, technology choices, and the execution of related capabilities.

• Develop an AI capability layer that encompasses search, recommendations, and enrichment functionalities.

• Establish a centralized organization for AI expert services within the Services Department, serving as a Center of AI Excellence while also promoting AI skills throughout the related 1CX (Customer Experience) teams.

• Oversee the Temenos Learning Community (TLC) business line through direct leadership of the TLC segment, which includes learning, exams, certification, and community engagement.

• Manage AI governance, data quality, and the knowledge lifecycle within the Services department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in the development and execution of enterprise AI or data platforms.

• Profound execution experience with knowledge graphs and AI/ML systems.

• Strong financial acumen related to business P&L and accounting principles.
