• Cultivate and enhance Jerry's organic reach across social media channels

• Create a comprehensive guide for community interaction

• Develop and oversee subreddits to transform them into thriving communities

• Design and execute an engagement plan utilizing AI technology

• Partner with Growth and Content teams to refine messaging

• Evaluate essential performance indicators: sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in community management or organic social media

• Background in fintech, insurtech, or consumer-oriented sectors

• In-depth knowledge of SEO and how LLMs reference sources

• Capability to communicate genuinely on platforms like Reddit, TikTok, and Quora

• Demonstrated skill in making intricate topics accessible and engaging
