This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Community strategy & activations: Create and implement strategies aimed at expanding player communities and enhancing participation, loyalty, and retention.
• Plan and execute campaigns, competitions, events, and activations that encourage meaningful player interaction.
• Collaborate with CRM, Retention, Communications, and Content teams to ensure community initiatives align with broader campaign objectives.
• Sentiment, insights & reporting: Track community sentiment across Telegram, review sites, and various player touchpoints.
• Analyze feedback and trends to deliver actionable recommendations that enhance engagement and player experience.
• Generate regular reports on community health, engagement performance, and player sentiment.
• Innovation & community leadership: Experiment with and develop new content formats, engagement mechanics, and interactive experiences to enrich player engagement.
• Support and mentor Community Moderators to maintain consistent communication standards and best practices.
• Serve as the primary contact for community initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally to integrate player insights into business decisions.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in community management, engagement marketing, social media, retention, or related fields.
• A demonstrated history of successfully running community initiatives, campaigns, or engagement activities.
• Practical experience with online communities, particularly in managing Telegram or equivalent platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret community feedback, engagement metrics, and sentiment to drive initiatives.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Content, CRM, Product, or Customer Support teams.
• Preferred: Experience in iGaming, entertainment, or technology sectors.
• Experience managing communities on Discord, Reddit, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with community analytics, social listening, or sentiment-tracking tools.
• Experience in developing campaigns focused on loyalty, retention, or engagement.
• Additional language skills (Malay or Chinese) are a plus.
