This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for the planning, organization, leadership, and supervision of training initiatives and deliverables for personnel in Claims Operations, Customer Service, Provider Operations, Eligibility, and Finance for Western Growers Assurance Trust (WGAT) and Pinnacle Claims Management, Inc. (PCMI).
• Tasked with facilitating the onboarding and training process for operations teams.
• Developing and implementing processes and programs to ensure that both staff and management are well-informed and compliant with the department’s best practices.
• Collaborating closely with all functions within the Operations team to identify training needs and opportunities for further development.
• Comprehending the business needs of Operations and making strategic recommendations to improve organizational performance.
• Transforming learning journeys into reality, fostering continuous learning for the Operations team.
• Overseeing a team of learning and development specialists.
• Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or Business is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in designing learning (including e-learning) and facilitating training within a business setting, along with 5+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports.
• Exceptional grasp of adult learning theory, the ADDIE model, and/or Instructional Systems Design (ISD).
• Formal education in Adult Learning is advantageous.
• Proven ability to develop plans for growth that align with individual and organizational objectives.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting complex data for informed decision-making.
• Excellent people management abilities with a history of nurturing and motivating talent.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, encompassing interpersonal and influencing capabilities.
• Strong and engaging presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Proven track record of effectively delivering and conveying complex technical training in layman's terms.
• Self-motivated individual capable of prioritizing, multitasking, working under pressure and tight deadlines, working independently, and solving problems effectively.
