This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Onboarding projects and setting up campaigns
• Full coordination and execution of a structured onboarding process for new client initiatives
• Creation and upkeep of project documentation, including ICP definitions, campaign briefings, sequence structures, and SDR playbooks
• Close collaboration with the Head of Operations and respective SDR team leads for a smooth transition to ongoing operations
• Development and ongoing enhancement of standardized onboarding templates and checklists
• Build and ensure the quality of target-specific lead databases based on defined ICPs, utilizing tools such as Cognism, Dealfront, and Pipedrive
• Research, organize, and maintain contact data, including enrichment, de-duplication, and segmentation
• Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations in data collection and processing
• Develop and document data processes for recurring campaign formats
• Assist in defining and monitoring KPIs at both campaign and SDR levels
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for optimization in sequences, targeting, and conversion steps
• Contribute to the development of sales processes, training materials, and quality standards
• Prepare reports and decision documents for the Senior Leadership Team
• Coordination and stakeholder management:
• Facilitate coordination between SDR teams, team leads, and external clients during live project operations
• Serve as the primary operational escalation contact, addressing strategic issues to the Head of Operations as required
• Assist with internal projects related to HR operations, tool implementations, and process documentation
• Several years of professional experience in an operational role within B2B sales, an SDR environment, or the SaaS services industry
• Strong understanding of structured data processes and lead research; familiarity with CRM and sales intelligence tools is an advantage
• High sense of ownership and a methodical working style — you are self-organized and not reliant on constant input
• Analytical mindset: you identify patterns in data and formulate concrete actions
• Excellent communication skills in German (business fluent) and English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to grow within a rapidly scaling environment and actively shape processes
