Manager, Operations Performance and Data Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing analytics team.

• Drive the complete analytical strategy and execution.

• Own and manage standardized reporting frameworks on both regional and global levels.

• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to facilitate analytics solutions.

• Oversee the regional Power BI environment.

• Supervise the integration of enterprise source systems into the reporting architecture.

• Work cross-functionally to consolidate data and provide insights.

• Ensure the consistency of reporting by aligning regional practices with global frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 7 years of experience in analytics or data strategy.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role is preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI.

• Strong skills in SQL (Oracle preferred) and Python.

• Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact analytics teams.

• Basic knowledge of IT architecture, ETL processes, and data flows.

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in a multicultural global organization is preferred.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
