This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Sales Performance Coaching: Provide continuous coaching for sales, conduct regular one-on-one sessions, participate in deal strategy meetings, and offer constructive feedback that enhances both individual and team sales performance.
• Cultivate a Winning Sales Culture: Establish a competitive, data-driven, and results-oriented team atmosphere where Account Managers exchange best practices, celebrate achievements, and hold one another accountable to high sales standards.
• Recruit, Onboard, and Develop Sales Talent: Attract outstanding Account Managers, refine existing onboarding processes, and create development pathways that empower team members to enhance their sales capabilities and progress in their careers.
• Propel Revenue Growth and Operational Excellence: Take ownership of expansion revenue objectives, ensure accountability for team quota fulfillment, and develop and fine-tune the sales playbook.
• Analyze Performance and Optimize: Oversee pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, and leading indicators to spot trends.
• Facilitate Account Growth: Collaborate with Account Managers on key deals and advocate for customer value.
• Develop Data-Driven Strategies for Expansion Opportunities: Utilize usage data and customer insights to assist your team in identifying whitespace within accounts and crafting targeted strategies for introducing add-ons and cross-selling opportunities across the EverPro ecosystem.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with the Director of Account Management and work alongside Customer Success and Marketing teams to build systems and scale the function.
• 7-10 years of experience in Sales or sales-oriented Account Management within B2B SaaS, particularly focused on commercial/SMB segments—experience in field service management or home services software is advantageous.
• 3+ years of experience in managing sales teams: Proven history of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing Account Management or Sales teams.
• Revenue Leadership: Hands-on experience managing revenue targets, accurately forecasting, and consistently meeting or surpassing team quotas.
• Commercial Sales Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of short deal cycles, high-velocity sales processes, 1-2 touch closes, and driving deals to completion within 1-2 weeks, which are typical in Commercial/SMB sales environments.
• Focused on Upselling and Cross-selling: Extensive experience guiding teams on expansion revenue strategies, including selling add-ons and introducing complementary products to existing customers.
• Analytical and Strategic Mindset: Strong business acumen in sales, with the ability to leverage data, discern patterns, and translate insights into actionable strategies and process enhancements in the Expansion motion.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities with a knack for influencing stakeholders at every level.
