Manager, Non-Interventional Study Operations – Dermatology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of scientific operations, addressing issues, and enhancing team capabilities.

• Formulate and execute strategic initiatives for scientific communication and medical education.

• Oversee the development of scientific materials, including publications, presentations, and educational resources.

• Build and sustain partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), academic institutions, and professional organizations.

• Offer scientific guidance and support to cross-functional teams, which include medical affairs, marketing, and regulatory affairs.

• Keep updated on new trends and advancements in the scientific and healthcare sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline.

• Significant experience in scientific affairs, medical communications, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device sectors.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related area.

• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex scientific ideas for varied audiences.

• Proven leadership skills and a collaborative mindset when working with cross-functional teams.
