Manager, New Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist a dynamic business development team by coordinating proposal content, client presentations, market insights, and internal business documentation.

• Create and oversee meetings and presentation materials for client pitches, RFPs, business reviews, account updates, and internal gatherings by consolidating content, coordinating inputs, and ensuring that materials are clear, accurate, and polished.

• Collect, organize, and summarize market intelligence, industry trends, and competitive data to aid in business development planning.

• Enhance proposal and presentation development by refining structure, flow, formatting, and consistency across all materials.

• Coordinate the preparation of business review materials by collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather content, finalize slides, and track follow-up actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business, healthcare, sales and marketing, digital technology, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of five years of combined experience in business development support, commercial operations, healthcare services, patient support programs, proposal assistance, or comparable execution-focused roles.

• Familiarity with the specialty pharmaceutical industry or patient support programs is considered advantageous.

• Capability to review information, pinpoint key messages, and clearly communicate findings.

• Strong aptitude for consolidating content from various sources into clear, accurate, and polished presentations, summaries, and working documents.

• Comfortable organizing content, enhancing flow, coordinating information intake, and adhering to timelines.

• Excellent writing, editing, problem-solving, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
