This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee a team of Fiber Construction Supervisors and Fiber Construction Managers to address the construction needs of the District(s).
• Collaborate closely with leadership from the NOC, Engineering, Field Operations, and Change Management teams.
• Set, track, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to deliverables and associated workflows.
• Stay informed about the technologies in use and those under development, assessing their impact or potential influence on operational business processes.
• Manage the CAPEX budgets specific to the designated area.
• Ensure all projects are accurately maintained within a project tracking system.
• At least five (5) years of experience managing large-scale Fiber Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) development projects, including site acquisition, zoning, permitting, and construction management.
• A minimum of five (5) years of project management experience, encompassing budgeting and finance across various projects.
• Prior experience in people management is essential.
• Experience managing remote teams is highly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a construction-related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
