• Design and implement a national channel strategy that aligns with the company's revenue, margin, and profitability goals.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard promising channel partners to enhance market presence.
• Build and sustain robust, trust-based relationships with key channel partners and end-customers.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with partners to assess performance, pipeline health, and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive efforts to reduce and resolve conflicts between partners, customers, and internal teams.
• Offer ongoing training and development programs for dealer sales representatives to enhance product knowledge, selling capabilities, and competitive positioning.
• Guide, mentor, and coach a team of channel managers, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with direct sales leadership to ensure alignment, territory coordination, and mitigation of channel conflicts.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in sales or channel management, preferably in imaging, medical device, or related technology sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with partners and customers across all organizational levels.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
