This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Act as the main point of contact for project management concerning intricate and prominent brand and marketing campaigns, leading cross-functional teams to enhance operational capabilities from planning through execution.
• Oversee and track project or program timelines and progress to ensure that anticipated outcomes are achieved within the designated timeframe and budget, with the ability to foresee challenges, mitigate risks, and escalate issues when necessary to secure alignment on the most effective course of action.
• Influence methods for enhancing business planning, cross-functional communication, work integration, and teamwork among partners from various departments to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Utilize experience in relationship management within a complex organizational structure to successfully brief and guide projects through the strategic, creative development, and delivery phases, leveraging extensive marketing knowledge and capabilities as a consulting partner for Starbucks on requirements, strategies, and innovation opportunities across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Conduct successful marketing kickoffs to guarantee that creative teams receive thorough briefings to efficiently commence work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor success metrics and program performance indicators, assessing program effectiveness and incorporating insights into future initiatives.
• Navigate projects through uncertainty, actively engaging to create pathways forward when the next steps may not be immediately clear.
• Capacity to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, demonstrating change management skills.
• Proficient in managing, leading, and mentoring team members.
• Skill in defining objectives, scope, and resources for projects that extend beyond a single department or business unit.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to cultivate cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business partners, and lead cross-functional teams with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Experience in leading complex program and project initiatives to successful completion, with at least 7 years of experience.
• Proficient in project management, encompassing all aspects of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources, and communications, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Experience managing complex large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects for at least 5 years.
• Experience in requirements gathering and analysis for a minimum of 5 years.
