📋 Description

• Accountable for the daily execution of operational workflows that enhance value-based care outcomes.

• Provides influence through collaboration, ensuring that market-specific initiatives are carried out with accuracy.

• Evaluates market operations execution, member utilization trends, and care models to uncover potential opportunities.

• Manages the daily operational activities of the market, ensuring workflows are completed punctually and precisely.

• Monitors team performance against weekly and monthly KPIs and identifies workflow bottlenecks.

• Serves as a connector between frontline staff and leadership from both market and central teams, facilitating the swift resolution of care barriers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, or a related service-focused area.

• At least 2 years of experience in direct management of personnel or leading a substantial functional workstream.

• Knowledge of healthcare metrics (e.g., patient engagement rates, appointment adherence rates) and their impact on overall market performance.

• Demonstrated capability to address tactical, everyday operational challenges and enhance team productivity.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to inspire a team and communicate effectively with varied stakeholders.

• Promotes an environment of psychological safety and humility within the team, fostering open feedback and collaboration.

• Exemplifies a 'proactive approach' by ensuring all team responsibilities are fulfilled with integrity and excellence.

• May mentor direct reports, aiding them in developing the skills necessary for career advancement within the organization.
