Manager, Lifecycle Employee Relations – Transitions

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing client-focused legal, human resources, and advisory support.

β€’ Collaborate closely with Operations teams to ensure smooth cooperation and high-quality results for clients.

β€’ Lead and supervise a team of Employee Lifecycle Specialists, offering hands-on coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance.

β€’ Manage voluntary and involuntary terminations across multiple countries, including complex and sensitive situations.

β€’ Assist and guide the team in providing first-level employee relations support to clients.

β€’ Personally handle and advise on intricate employee lifecycle and relations cases to guarantee top-tier service.

β€’ Advocate for a client-centric approach while continuously enhancing quality, consistency, and professionalism.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Background in Human Resources, Operations, and/or Employee Relations roles, with experience as a People Manager.

β€’ Preferred qualifications include tertiary degrees in HR, labor relations, or employment law; a strong requirement for this position is advanced expertise covering various HR aspects, including business partnering, employee relations, performance management, and a comprehensive understanding of local employment laws.

β€’ Proven experience and knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, and regulations across multiple countries, with substantial exposure to complex involuntary employee exits and employee relations issues.

β€’ Familiarity with progressive discipline processes, workplace investigation principles, and effective management of employee relations resources.

β€’ Demonstrated success in leadership awareness, team engagement, and achieving goals through effective communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills within a culturally diverse and distributed team.

β€’ Exceptional interpersonal skills that surpass potential cultural and language barriers, coupled with strong emotional intelligence and the ability to establish trust and rapport, influencing senior leaders, management members, clients, and employees at all levels within the organization.

β€’ Outstanding verbal, analytical, and written communication skills, capable of expressing complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
