Manager – Life Science, Business Process Outsourcing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily financial operations, including ledger management and payroll processing.

• Supervise the team's adherence to internal procedures.

• Coordinate both onshore and offshore personnel for transactional tasks and analysis.

• Assist in the preparation of compliant financial statements.

• Facilitate communications with clients and partners.

• Audit the company's accounting records for discrepancies.

• Provide guidance on technical accounting matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in a Controller role or a similar capacity.

• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.

• Familiarity with GAAP standards.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
