This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of quarterly earnings materials, which encompass presentations, press releases, scripts, Q&A documents, and other communications directed at investors and analysts.
• Continuously enhance executive briefing materials, investor Q&A, key messages, and preparation resources for earnings calls, investor meetings, conferences, and Board discussions.
• Examine underwriting, financial, and capital performance to generate actionable insights, pinpoint key themes, and support external messaging concerning results, outlook, and strategic advancement.
• Direct peer benchmarking, analyst research evaluation, investor sentiment monitoring, and market intelligence to guide positioning, valuation discussions, and strategic decision-making by senior management.
• Produce high-caliber presentations and analyses for Board meetings, executive leadership discussions, investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and other strategic forums.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders, while overseeing investor targeting, ownership analysis, and CRM processes to facilitate effective engagement.
• Plan and execute investor events, including earnings calls, conferences, roadshows, investor days, and ad hoc investor interactions.
• Lead or assist in strategic and capital markets projects, such as the analysis of corporate initiatives, capital allocation issues, and other executive priorities.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Communications.
• Proficiency in understanding, analyzing, and interpreting P&C Insurance Financial Statements.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Equity Research, Competitive Intelligence, Buyside Investments, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or related finance roles.
• Strong executive presence and judgment, with the capability to convey complex financial and strategic issues clearly to senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Robust research, problem-solving, data manipulation, and analytical skills, with advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent workstreams, influencing cross-functional partners, and producing high-quality outputs under stringent public-company reporting deadlines.
• Demonstrated capability to enhance processes, create scalable resources, and elevate the quality, consistency, and impact of investor relations deliverables.
• High standards of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Familiarity with US GAAP and statutory accounting, including insurance financial statements, regulatory capital frameworks, and public-company disclosure requirements, is a plus. Experience in financial modeling is also beneficial.
