This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain impactful materials for investor relations and corporate communications, including press releases, earnings scripts, Q&A documents, corporate presentations, FAQs, fact sheets, executive biographies, website content, investor decks, templates, and social media content.
• Facilitate internal reviews, approvals, and final deliverables for the IR and corporate communications team.
• Assist in analyst and institutional investor engagement while enhancing investor targeting strategies.
• Track metrics and analytics for multi-channel external engagement, media coverage, share of voice, company reputation, market activity, analyst sentiment, peer performance, and consensus estimates to provide real-time insights for leadership.
• Convert key milestones, such as earnings, financings, clinical updates, and business developments, into timely and consistent communications for employees, investors, media, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee logistics, timelines, briefing materials, and execution support for events organized by the team, including internal town halls, media interviews/roundtables, and investor days.
• Support media relations by preparing press materials, monitoring coverage, and fostering productive relationships with traditional and social media outlets.
• Manage agencies and vendors to ensure projects progress efficiently, stay within budget, and align with investor relations and corporate communications priorities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Commercial, R&D, Patient Advocacy, and other teams to deliver accurate, consistent, and compliant communications across filings, disclosures, investor materials, the corporate website, internal meetings, and social media.
• Enhance processes, tools, and workflows to improve the speed, organization, and scalability of the investor relations and corporate communications function.
• Lead or assist priority investor relations and communications projects as business needs change.
• Over 8 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications (both internal and external), public relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, healthcare communications, or similar fields.
• Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, Finance, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related area.
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, agency, or public company settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with capital markets, valuation, investor behavior, sell-side research, SEC disclosure requirements, Regulation FD, and public company investor relations practices.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate clinical, scientific, and financial data into clear investment messaging.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a background in developing persuasive scripts, presentations, executive materials, and stakeholder communications.
• Highly organized project manager capable of handling multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Strong relationship builder with executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint; experience with FactSet, Bloomberg, HubSpot, WordPress, or market-monitoring platforms is advantageous.
• Professional maturity, discretion, and sound judgment in managing confidential information.
• Proactive self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and drives work forward with urgency and curiosity.
