Manager, Investigator Site Budgets, Contracts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Concentrate on the creation and assessment of investigator site budgets associated with investigator grants (IGs) utilizing Grants Manager.

• Accountable for the development and direct oversight/management of site budgets for various assigned clinical trials within the specified therapeutic area.

• Provide ongoing site contract/budget oversight and assistance to designated Clinical Operations clinical trial teams.

• Utilize internal data and CRO-supplied Investigator Grants (IG) reference information and accessible Fair Market Value (FMV) benchmarking tools.

• Lead and/or assist in formulating target FMV-based IG budgets and negotiation strategies.

• Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for CRO site budget-related activities for the assigned studies.

• Ensure consistency in country-level site budget targets and parameters across programs and clinical trials.

• Responsible for the direct management and monitoring of CRO investigator site CTA/budget negotiations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in global investigator site budget creation and negotiations.

• Strong expertise in the use of GrantManager/GrantPlan.

• Preferred experience in negotiating CTA template language and/or providing support in collaboration with Legal.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills with key internal and external stakeholders, including CDO, CRO, and investigator site personnel.

• Proficient in financial analysis and financial justification.

• Experience working within an outsourced model; direct CRO oversight of CTA/budget negotiations is desirable.

• Proficient in MS Office Products with advanced Excel skills; capable of working with and excelling in stand-alone system applications.

• High attention to detail in managing large volumes of investigator site financial data.
