This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as a primary liaison between rhode and global distributors as well as retail customer operations teams, facilitating daily execution and addressing market-specific supply chain requirements.
• Continuously evaluate opportunities for enhancing customer supply chain efficiency, minimizing operational expenses, and increasing volume through supply chain metrics.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of each international distributor and retail partner’s distribution framework, operational necessities, key performance indicators, and inventory planning requirements.
• Possess strong analytical capabilities to generate qualitative and quantitative data (utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite, Tableau) that can be utilized to drive business decisions.
• Have a broad knowledge of policies, processes, and systems related to retail distributor operations.
• Supervise and ensure the effective processing of orders and prompt deliveries across international customers, distributors, and retail partners, focusing on innovation planning and customer expansion.
• Provide weekly sell-in data compared to forecasts and identify any risks related to the monthly or quarterly plans for Finance, Sales, and Operations stakeholders.
• Track and monitor weekly sell-out data alongside retailer stock levels in collaboration with Demand Planning and Sales account leads.
• Collaborate with international distributors and retailer supply chain and planning teams as necessary to stimulate additional orders or forecast modifications, ensuring adequate inventory coverage.
• Monitor and report key international customer supply chain KPIs, including fulfillment rates, in-stock levels, service quality, on-time deliveries, and potential chargeback risks.
• Engage in both internal and external collaborations to ensure alignment and identify new opportunities.
• Contribute to customer demand forecasting efforts, striving to enhance forecast precision.
• Participate in and influence assortment decisions aimed at maximizing sales and productivity through the use of analytics, market research, consumer insights, and customer intelligence.
• Work closely with international teams, distributors, and cross-functional stakeholders to support the launch of new markets, regional assortment growth, and continuous operational excellence.
• Connect internal functions effectively to drive supply chain enhancements (fill rate, on-time performance, in-stock availability, minimize potential chargebacks, and execute customer programs) for the benefit of the customer.
• Assist in educating and aligning internal teams regarding international customer expectations, distributor needs, regional retailer requirements, and best practices for execution.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related analytical discipline is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer supply chain, retail operations, customer logistics, demand planning, supply planning, or similar operational roles.
• Experience with Sephora and/or other global prestige beauty retailers is a must.
• Proven experience supporting international retailers, distributors, or global customer supply chain operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and related tools.
• Demonstrated ability to foster strong relationships with retail partners and internal cross-functional teams to achieve results.
• Capacity to make informed decisions when faced with limited, ambiguous, or evolving data.
• Experience managing the supply chain requirements of multiple countries or distributors.
• Willingness to travel internationally is a requirement.
