This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee the implementation of enterprise integration and performance enhancement projects in collaboration with operational stakeholders.
• Convert enterprise strategies into actionable workplans, milestones, workflows, meeting formats, and implementation resources.
• Act as a leader in implementation and a partner to operational teams, facilitating execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint implementation challenges, escalate risks, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Promote the standardization of best practices while fostering operational adoption in various environments.
• Spearhead performance improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, capacity, variation, and financial outcomes.
• Conduct and assist with data evaluations, root cause analyses, workflow mapping, opportunity validations, and initiative prioritization.
• Monitor milestones, key performance indicators, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
• Collaborate with finance and benefit realization teams to track the progress of initiatives and assess financial impacts.
• Provide clear and concise updates for leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with enterprise leaders, operational stakeholders, clinical teams, finance, performance excellence, project management, and benefit realization teams.
• Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and implementation dialogues with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between enterprise strategy and execution by clarifying expectations, timelines, roles, and deliverables.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners when initiatives necessitate coordination or validation.
• Lead and assist in change management efforts to encourage the adoption of new workflows, standardized processes, and improvement initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders to identify barriers and provide support for practical implementation.
• Track adoption progress and recognize risks to sustainability.
• Aid in the creation of communication materials, implementation guides, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and execution discipline.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in operations, performance improvement, healthcare consulting, project management, integration management, or similar fields.
• Proven experience collaborating with enterprise and operational teams to drive improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of operations and performance improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated capability to lead workplans, coordinate stakeholders, analyze data, and facilitate implementation.
• Operations Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of operational workflows and performance drivers.
• Enterprise Integration: Skill in aligning initiatives across various teams and stakeholder groups.
• Performance Improvement: Experience in leading and supporting improvement initiatives and their implementation.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in data review, trend identification, and supporting actionable recommendations.
• Project Management: Strong ability to manage timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Competent in engaging leaders, operators, clinicians, and cross-functional partners.
• Change Management: Proven ability to facilitate the adoption of new processes and workflows.
• Communication: Excellent ability to convey progress and insights to stakeholders.
