Manager, Insights Report Generation and Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development, upkeep, and dissemination of enterprise reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical solutions.

• Evaluate clinical utilization, physician practice trends, market share, expenditure, contract compliance, supply chain effectiveness, and operational data.

• Create category fact packs, market basket analyses, benchmarking evaluations, market intelligence documents, and strategic insights.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses for product inquiries, value assessments, sourcing events, contract negotiations, product conversions, utilization examinations, and clinical transformation initiatives.

• Manage reporting platforms, data validation tools, dashboards, and reporting governance protocols.

• Direct clinical product validation, functional equivalency evaluations, item cross-referencing, market basket creation, and mitigation of supply disruptions.

• Design and uphold SOPs, governance standards, workflows, escalation procedures, and standard work methodologies.

• Create knowledge management assets, onboarding programs, training materials, knowledge base articles, and educational initiatives.

• Collaborate with Category Management, Clinical Transformation, Digital & Advisory, Infection Prevention, Wound Care, Finance, Sourcing, Supply Chain Operations, and clinical stakeholders.

• Spearhead continuous improvement and the adoption of standardized work across Category Management and Digital & Advisory teams.

• Oversee external benchmarking, market intelligence, and functional equivalency resources, including relationships with organizations such as ECRI.

• Assist in identifying, prioritizing, and documenting product requirements, features, and enhancements for digital applications, dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.

• Work together on roadmaps, user personas, user stories, acceptance criteria, testing, validation, and feedback processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Required).

• Three (3) years of direct healthcare experience with medical supplies and equipment, such as operating room, bedside patient care, or supply chain (Required).

• Five (5) years of experience in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, clinical informatics, healthcare supply chain analytics, category management, value analysis, healthcare operations, or a related healthcare environment (Required).

• Three (3) years of experience in developing executive-level reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical solutions (Required).

• Three (3) years of experience supporting initiatives in healthcare supply chain, sourcing, contracting, category management, clinical transformation, or operational performance improvement (Required).

• Proficiency with healthcare data sources, ERP systems, EHRs, and business intelligence platforms (Required).

• Capability to translate complex analytical insights into operational and strategic recommendations (Required).

• Advanced skills in data analysis and interpretation.

• Expertise in healthcare analytics and reporting.

• Proficient in SQL query development.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience in Tableau dashboard development.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI development.

• Skills in data modeling and validation.

• Competence in statistical and trend analysis.

• Ability in data storytelling and visualization.

• Experience in performance measurement and KPI development.

• Familiarity with predictive and comparative analytics.

• Expertise in data quality management.

• Knowledge of healthcare benchmarking and market intelligence analysis.

• Understanding of clinical reasoning and healthcare supply chain operations.

• Proficiency in strategic sourcing and category management methodologies.

• Experience in contract lifecycle analytics and contract compliance monitoring.

• Knowledge of product standardization evaluation and functional equivalency assessment.

• Skills in physician practice pattern analysis and supply disruption analysis.

• Experience in product cross-referencing, value analysis, and product master data management.

• Proficient in process improvement, workflow design and standardization, SOP development, and governance framework creation.

• Familiarity with knowledge management systems and training program development.

• Competence in root cause analysis, project management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

• Preferred certifications/training include CPHQ, CSCP, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CHDA, Epic reporting and analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and related operational excellence, sourcing, category management, governance, and healthcare supply chain training.
