This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee the Inside Sales Support teams that deliver both transactional and relationship-focused assistance to Outside Sales Representatives.
• Accountable for quoting, order processing, and fulfilling post-sales activities.
• Cultivate high-achieving Inside Sales Support teams and improve support operations.
• Collaborate across various functions with market-specific sales teams to foster enhancements.
• Maintain a customer-centric sales approach and ensure strong team performance.
• Recognize opportunities to optimize processes and implement industry best practices.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in leading sales support teams.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance operational metrics and improve processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in sales organizations.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Microsoft suite).
• Solid understanding of sales, demand generation, and technology.
• Experience in customer-centric roles and addressing customer needs.
