This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• The Inside Sales Support Manager oversees the teams that deliver both transactional and relationship-oriented assistance to Outside Sales Representatives catering to managed account clients.
• This team is tasked with essential functions such as quoting, order processing, and fulfilling post-sales obligations.
• This position is responsible for cultivating and developing high-performing Inside Sales Support teams while strategically improving support operations.
• Enhance service delivery and sales results by working collaboratively with market-specific sales teams.
• Foster a customer-centric sales approach, ensure strong team performance, and support the professional growth of team members.
• Recognize opportunities to optimize processes, apply best practices, and elevate operational excellence.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
• Experience in managing sales support teams
• Proven capability to enhance operational metrics and implement process improvements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Skilled in negotiation, complaint handling, dispute resolution, and managing grievances with both internal and external customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience within sales organizations
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Microsoft suite)
• Solid understanding of sales, demand generation, and technology
• Background in customer-focused roles, addressing client needs.
