This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives to meet and surpass both individual and team sales objectives.

• Manage member communications, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience throughout all Inside Sales interactions.

• Offer continual training, mentorship, and professional growth to improve the team's sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement abilities.

• Formulate and execute both short-term and long-term sales strategies that align with business goals and promote member growth within Navigator.

• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to senior leadership.

• Set and oversee sales targets, activity metrics, and KPIs; track performance through dashboards and CRM reporting.

• Analyze sales data and collaborate with Navigator to comprehend market trends, identifying improvement opportunities and suggesting process or strategy modifications.

• Spearhead the identification, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven tools, bots, and workflow automation solutions to boost lead generation, customer engagement, CRM management, reporting, and overall sales productivity.

• Assess sales processes to pinpoint automation possibilities, encourage the adoption of new technologies, and deliver quantifiable enhancements in operational efficiency, response times, conversion rates, and scalability within the inside sales function.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Navigator, Trade, and Business Partners to synchronize lead generation, outreach campaigns, and sales efforts.

• Prepare and present regular reports on performance, forecasting, and strategic insights to senior leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• 3+ years of experience leading a team of sales development representatives.

• At least 5 years of experience as an Inside Sales Development Representative.

• Proven experience in establishing an inside sales team from the ground up.

• In-depth understanding of Inside Sales concepts, principles, and best practices.

• A demonstrated history of managing and achieving consistent outcomes through the application of structured inside sales processes.

• Proven experience in leading and developing sales teams.

• Familiarity with budgeting, strategic planning, and process improvement is advantageous.
